And how I tell is that I seem to get a decent night's sleep without them, and a not-so-decent night's sleep with them. Even if some Ear-Nose-Throat Scientist told me they really have no reason to work, I would probably still buy them purely for the placebo effect. Because, they work for me and my nose.
