That's quite an ambitious goal which I hope you are able to meet one day. I would definitely stop by for a meal or two. :) Personally, I can't bear to watch Hell's Kitchen or F Word. It's too crazy abusive for my tastes. I do enjoy Kitchen Nightmares though. I have to admit, he does create some entertaining watching. However, if the portrayed situation of the featured restaurants can be believed, most of those places seem to be so into dept and other issues that it's a miracle any of them survive at all - with or without Ramsay's "help".
